Yes. Standard snorkeling uses a Private Jukung Boat. The photo package uses a Private Boat with a professional guide.
Standard snorkeling includes Private Jukung Boat, snorkeling equipment, fish bread (for fish feeding), mask, towel, life jacket, shower, and mineral water.
Standard private snorkeling (Sunrise, Morning, Sunset) is per person: IDR 400,000 for 1 person, IDR 300,000 for 2, IDR 250,000 for 3, IDR 225,000 for 4, and IDR 200,000 for 5 persons or more. The Private Snorkeling + Photo Package is separate: IDR 800,000 for 1 person, IDR 550,000 for 2, IDR 450,000 for 3, IDR 400,000 for 4, IDR 350,000 for 5, and IDR 300,000 for 6 persons or more (starting from IDR 350,000 / person).
